My mom was telling me about brain foods and I did a presentation on it. Its quite basic and not fancy but I think it looks smart.
I learnt a lot about this and of course my parent are always telling us whats healthy but most kids at school just eat tons and tons of sweets and there is a healthy eating plan but they still buy junk.
This taught me a lot as I researched it myself and then the information hit home and I understood for myself.
I think I am going to try some of the things out myself and see if they help me.
