Cooking: How to prepare an apple so it looks like a swan

This is so beautiful.  You need a longish apple and some lemon juice to stop it growing brown.

    This is amazing. I tried it but it did not look as good. I really like his apple. It looks delicious. We don't get such nice apples in our shop. Thanks for posting!
