Spelling: I before E except after C

The schooling system is no longer teaching this spelling rule but I think it does help.

After all, out of a long list of words, there are 4 that don't obey the rule (that's typical for english).

Exceptions to the rule:

Seize
weird
heir
protein

Looking at understanding words:

Conceited means vain
Heir means first in line (inheritance)
