The Human Body

I'm doing some revision on this section of my text book.

There is a lot of interactive links on this site:

Have a look!

Did you know that if you learn Braille, a part of your brain increases in size. This has something to do with your fingertips and sensations.

Your body is roughly 4 x the size of your femur. We tested this little titbit of info with a measuring tape and my dads femur is 45cm. 45 x 4 = 180 and my dad is 178cm tall so that seems to work out. Don't know what happened to the missing 2 cm? HEE HEE They say people start shrinking as they grow older.....
